all that GLITTERS is not good... (for the environment)
Festival season is here! And you know what that means? Festival fashion, and GLITTER- everywhere! (even in places you didn't want glitter...) Festivals and glitter are like PB&J... you could have 1 without the other, but it would always feel like something was missing.
Now we love glitter as much as the next person, but here's the thing... while it may seem fun and harmless, traditional glitter is actually a microplastic slowly polluting our oceans. And nothing ruins a good party like the sinking feeling that you're slowly killing the planet, regardless of how #HAHT you look.
That's why we were excited to discover Eco Stardust - a brand of biodegradable eco glitter made from a plant cellulose instead of plastic. AND they give 10% of profits to environmental charities. Crisis averted!
